About this role - what will you do
As our Head of Finance, you will be a key member of our management team, driving financial strategy and excellence across our venture capital operations.
In this role, you will provide end-to-end finance support for our investors and portfolio companies, providing financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide guidance and support for strategic financial decisions at the fund level.
- Build scalable financial processes to support our operations including capital calls, fund financials, budget and treasury.
- Manage firm and fund legal and tax compliance
- Lead the financial due diligence process for potential investments.
- Monitor fund performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver concise, insightful financial analyses and forecasts, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities relating to the fund strategy and operations.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to ensure fund compliance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
Who are we looking for?
- 7+ years of experience across strategic finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, and investment banking. CFA is a plus.
